Worst customer service experience I've had in over a decade. Chris Watson was the representative, and the service was unacceptable. They kept our car for weeks after initially saying it would take just decade. Chris Watson was the representative, and the service was unacceptable. They kept our car for weeks after initially saying it would take just a few days. To make matters worse, they didn't even fix the issue—the car still has the same problem.
