My sales associate Samir was amazing! I highly recommend him. I have had an awful experience with my trade in. I traded my car in and it’s been 3 weeks and my loan still isn’t paid off: I have had to call kia many times and call my lender numerous times. It’s really frustrating. Hollywood Kia sat on the paperwork for 2 weeks. In the meantime I paid a payment on a car I traded in and now have to deal with an overpayment. I should have used CarMax. I don’t suggest trading your car into Kia unless you want to spend weeks calling and following up. More

Carlton was very good, not pushy, gave me the time and space to think about the purchase. Now, the financing department tried to push me to buy warranties, and worst than that, they add a warranty to my c space to think about the purchase. They then took it out and gave more money under a loyalty program that they didn’t give me before. Very sneaky. They try to keep your eye on the monthly payment. Don’t do that mistake. Keep your eye on the agreed price of the vehicle. More
