Everyone from the salesman (Daniel) to the insurance gentleman (Ray) to the finance manager (Steven) was very friendly, professional and really took the time to explain everything to my daughter. My car was ready for pick up at the service department. I advise two of the service advisor (Tevin & Yirz) that if they can please add the coupon (from the website) as my service advisor (Evan) was gone fo I advise two of the service advisor (Tevin & Yirz) that if they can please add the coupon (from the website) as my service advisor (Evan) was gone for the day and said that it should not be a problem. Both service advisor said that I would have to have my service advisor add the coupon. I advise the service advisors that I drove from Miami and did not want to make that trip again as it took me 40 minutes just to get here. The service advisors refuse to add the coupon. The next day I spoke with the manager Fernando who also backed the 2 service advisors. How hard can it be to just add a coupon to my statement, I will never understand from Hollywood Kia. The customer service here is lacking and has been for a few months now. When my lease is up I am definitely going to be going elsewhere. This place has lost my business and a few others that I had plan on giving them. Just to give a little more information about me. I had purchased 2 vehicles (1 under my name and the other under Gloria Hernandez) from Hollywood Kia and plan on having 2 other family members purchase 2 more vehicles. Not anymore. Getting the appointment on my convenience time was the difficult part. After that everything went smoothly. Service was fast. The relaxing area was clean and has very amenities.
