I purchased a used car, a Kia Sorento, from the Kia Hollywood auto dealership. The vehicle was available, but it needed an oil change, two new tires, new windshield wipers, and some minor paint touch-u Hollywood auto dealership. The transaction took place on a Saturday and lasted from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. That same day, the only service they were able to complete was a car wash. They told me to bring the car back during the week to finish the remaining work. I returned the car the following Friday, dropping it off at 9:00 AM. By 6:00 PM, I still hadn’t received any updates, so I had to reach out myself. That’s when they informed me that the assigned mechanic didn’t show up to work that day. No one bothered to inspect the car when I dropped it off, and had I not followed up, no one would’ve informed me of anything. After a lot of back-and-forth and having to argue with a manager, they finally returned the car to me the following Wednesday. The salesperson had told me everything was ready and the manager would be present, but when I arrived, he wasn’t there—it turned out he was off that day. The communication was terrible. Customer service was non-existent. If I didn’t know my rights and hadn’t stood my ground, my car would probably still be there. I do not recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a secure, smooth, and efficient transaction. More

I’ve been leasing cars at this location for over 5 years now. I’m on my second lease with Hollywood Kia. I came in for an oil change met Jason Raffo was very professional and curtoius. I had only scheduled a oil change but I had received a leet in the mail for a software recall Jason was kind enough to accommodate the recall with my oil change and explained it would take longer and I was aware but also pleased I didn’t have to make a separate appointment. My last visit last year for an oil change wasn’t the best experience and was a very long wait but this past visit was really great thank you Jason Raffo hope to have you as my advisor next visit. I was also please to see Kermit on the sales floor who assisted me with my second lease great sales person amazing experience overall thank you Hollywood Kia. More
