Done alignement 3 times steering wheel is STILL not centered Very bad experience. Will never go back again. They only did the alignment and give back to keys saying that it should be good and they test centered Very bad experience. Will never go back again. And my biggest issue is that the sterling wheel is not straight like before. If at least the could've chek more into the car if possibly the tires could be the problem or any other mechanical part but none if these was done so I can't know what is the real problem to go somewhere else and get it fix unless I pay for another alignement or full inspection. I'm tired of going there every Saturday to always get out with the same old problem. Also it's been a month, I'm always at this dealer every Saturday for the same problem last Saturday I went in to take an appointment for Saturday March the 5th. Michael Valera confirmed me that the appointment was done for the next week. But when I showed up no appointment was taken. After all this my problem is better but not completely fix. I was going to buy a car at this dealership but obviously, after this experience I will not and I'm going to find another kia dealer. More
