Frankly, I regret buying my car here. I should have waited for Gunther. It is incomprehensible to me that every time I go there WITH AN APPOINTMENT, I am made to wait all day long only to I should have waited for Gunther. It is incomprehensible to me that every time I go there WITH AN APPOINTMENT, I am made to wait all day long only to be told we haven't inspected the car and may or may not do it today. I live far enough that it doesn't make sense to take an uber back and forth. I can't just leave without the car but you won't do a rental until there is a diagnosis which you cannot seem to do by appointment. My car had a break warning light. It stopped but in the evening showed up again. I also left with a check engine light that wasn't on before. Christopher wasn't in a great mood but honestly, I don't think it's him. I think it's the environment you have created and the management that are the issues. I will still have to come here for my oil changes because they are free but from now on, I will only go to Gunther for my service. It is a further drive but they have a nice waiting room, their staff is actually friendly and helpful and their technicians are prompt. More
