I explained what my car issue was also explained that I already did a diagnostic test at another Kia dealership and I know exactly what I need. They promised to order a sensor but the closed the ticket stating they completed the job. I picked up the car recently, but it turns out it was already close to needing service, so it wasn’t properly prepared. Spark plugs are supposed to be changed every 45K miles, but they weren’t replaced, already close to needing service, so it wasn’t properly prepared. I was told the car was fully serviced when I bought it, and now I have to pay for this out of pocket since the dealer isn’t offering a discount on the first service. Great… But I ended up paying for additional services that I absolutely don’t need, like PPP+, and no one was going to cancel them even though it would have been easy to do… It’s disappointing… More
