We have been trying to get a family vehicle now for a couple years, but after going to many dealerships and getting tired of the hassling and the overwhelming process of car buying we decided to put it o couple years, but after going to many dealerships and getting tired of the hassling and the overwhelming process of car buying we decided to put it off. We did so much research and even were considering going out of state for THE vehicle. This was until Jesse came along, I was browsing on the Holm’s website and he immediately responded to my inquiry. I was able to get in the very next day, get information, ask questions and just get an overall feel on what the process was going to be like. He was so helpful, patient, and understanding with us. Jesse was very knowledgeable and gave us an insight to all the cool new features in our new car, and even helped us set up those complicated tech advanced settings. He was a sweetheart and just made this shopping process a breeze!! The financial manager Willie was also so friendly and knowledgeable and explained the process from the numbers, to how the warranty works, to how this would impact our credit. He worked hard to get us a good rate, and hooked us up with good deals. Thank you thank you to Jesse and all the staff at Holm Automotive Center in Abilene, KS.
