Tim the owner came by and talked with us and thanked us for the purchase. The final step of payment was very easy and all paperwork was clearly explained. The overall experience was excellent. I was able to schedule an appointment the next day, and even reschedule when the weather turned icy. My car is now fixed, and I am confident that the repairs have been quality checked several times. Chuck was kind from the very beginning, and even provided me with an update on the status of my vehicle during the day. Everybody I encountered at the dealership was kind and accommodating.
