As a rule all I now about cars is they need gas, wheels, and oil change about every 5000 miles. So going back and forth haggling over price is not my game. I was able to walk in, drive a couple of cars trade and purchase with little to no stress. From Tim to Jed I give Holm Automotive 5 stars! More

Exhausting We traveled 3 hours to check out an SUV here. I called ahead to set up a time. We arrived at that time, then the salesman was with someone else. OK We traveled 3 hours to check out an SUV here. I called ahead to set up a time. We arrived at that time, then the salesman was with someone else. OK, understandable. He gave us the keys and I took 5 minutes to test drive it. 2 hours later, we finally agreed on numbers. This was in 2 minute talk increments between his other customers. 3 hours in, I'm told it had hail damage and was a rental vehicle. OK, fine I will deal with that although I should have been told up front. We sit (with a one-year old) for 2 more hours waiting on financing. Received a terrible interest rate for excellent credit, went ahead and signed just to get out of there. Then I refinanced with someone else the next day. Total process took at least 5 hours, arriving home at 10 PM with kid - thank goodness the 4 year old was at grandma's - and exhausted pregnant wife. Took 2 more weeks for them to deliver the vehicle. I purchase a new vehicle every year or two and have done so in various places we've lived. Will never EVER return to this dealer, no matter how good the price. More
