I had car in for an oil change and service person rotated tires which we had purchased from Holm and have for many years, got a call from service dept that they had to put some new lug nuts on which I would tires which we had purchased from Holm and have for many years, got a call from service dept that they had to put some new lug nuts on which I would have appreciated a call prior to work being done as most times lugs need replaced because they have been tightened too tight due to impact not set properly or torque wrench not set right. Not saying problem couldn’t have been something else like age of vehicle but again would have been nice to have call or text before just doing work without authorization. More

Holm Automotive is fine. They are trying to be helpful. I was there to get a complimentary oil change and tire rotation. They also took care of a recall item.
