I broke down in Salina and had an exhaust problem with my Duramax truck. Lucas and his team at the service department did an amazing job getting me in and out within five or six hours of my reported problem. Duramax truck. I am so thankful for this team, they are setting the standard for customer service. Lately people act like they’re doing a favor for you to just have a quality service; not at HOLM. Although this is a fine dealership they are overcharging for service dept work. Oil changes are now $70 without tire rotation which they will add if you don’t specify. Since this dealership changed name the for service dept work. Oil changes are now $70 without tire rotation which they will add if you don’t specify. Since this dealership changed name the oil changes have gone from $48 to $70. I didn’t want to go elsewhere for service and I’ve been going there for several years. But that’s ridiculous! I’ve called reputable service departments and most are not over $55 More
