He had seen a truck that he thought looked nice at Bennett Buick GMC and I told him to go and drive it to see what he thought. He went over and didn't see anyone out on the lot, so he left and said that maybe he didn't need a truck after all. We were going to go out of town to look at a few trucks that he had seen on the internet. I told him to go back over to Bennett's and just see if the truck was still there. It was in fact still there and Kyle was in the lot, just returning from a break. He said hold one moment and he would be right back. He ran his stuff inside and was right back with all of the information that we needed on the truck. Kyle was very knowledgeable and a very delightful young man to work with. Very genuine. We were very comfortable with him and did not feel pressured at all. We drove the truck and bought the truck that sunny Saturday afternoon in October. We did notice that one of the turn signals was not working and Kyle got the part ordered and this was corrected as soon as the part came in. We would recommend Kyle to anyone in the market for a new vehicle! More
