I have never waited so long to complete a deal in my life. Then when I finally got in to finance the deal had been written up with the wrong vin # so we needed to start over. The finance Mgr was cussing using a word that did not set well with a Christian as myself. More waiting, so many thing went wrong. When I finally got home I had a call from the hospital, As I am in liver failure. I found out I was facing some detrimental medical costs. We drove the car straight home, 3.5 miles. I immediately called the first thing when the lot opened at 9am and spoke to sales mgr. Paul. I told him about the liver failure and asked if he would please unwind my deal and let me come pick up my car he said NO ! My son bought the same exact car at Ralph Schomp and was told he had 3 days to decide. I call Schomp and that is something they do even for new car sales. oh how I wish I had gone there. The also extend the warranty on the car to 100k if you do all service at their facility. I have paper work proving I'm ill, and I could not believe anyone could be so heartless. I just wanted my car back. Please give me my car back, show some class and I will remove the reviews More

It's easy to book appointments and I know the quality of materials and service is the reason my vehicle has done so well all these years. The service advisors are great, too! Kudos to Kuni Honda! We visited a handful of dealerships over the weekend and honestly, Kuni Honda was the BEST! They are closed to the public on Mondays, but made an exception for me to come test drive. From the minute we got honestly, Kuni Honda was the BEST! They are closed to the public on Mondays, but made an exception for me to come test drive. From the minute we got there, Daniel was welcoming, friendly, and very knowledgeable! He was truly a great salesman and made it happen for me to get the CRV I've been looking for! I truly appreciated my entire experience at Kuni Honda and would highly recommend both Daniel and the whole team! More
I went to Kuni Honda with my mother to purchase a vehicle. We have bought 2 cars in the past from Kuni Honda, so we were expecting quality service with non-pushy staff, like usual. Well the last time vehicle. We have bought 2 cars in the past from Kuni Honda, so we were expecting quality service with non-pushy staff, like usual. Well the last time we bought a car was in 2008. Since then I guess the management has changed. It is absolutely terrible now and would not recommend anybody going there to purchase a vehicle. We met with Emilio to speak about a 2020 CRV. At first he seemed okay, non-attentive, but decent. We sat down and talked about the type of car we wanted. We were very specific about the color and type of car. He eventually found one and brought it around. We sat in it and decided it was the right car. Usually this is where we start discussing price and going over options. Well we were already pre-approved by Kuni Honda so that wasn't an issue. But it took over 40 minutes to finally get a price of the car. That is when we found out that the "clearance" deal was only $3,000.00 off and then they added on some "additional" services that we didn't ask for (car tinting, special mats, and wheel locks) which totaled $1,600.00. So really all you were getting off the MSRP price was $1,400.00. Now you could have literally got the same deal off Carvana or any other online service. It didn't make sense. So we declined. Emilio then went over to his manager, who offered to knock of $600.00 and then when we said that we would like to go shop around, they got really angry. First off, the manager didn't have a mask that covered his nose. He threw down the paper and then walked off. So we asked for a card in case we don't find a better deal, and Emilio literally refused to give us the card. It is so sad that in this day in age, when you can buy a car online and not have to deal with any salespeople, that we would be treated so poorly. I would suggest you head to Mile High Honda and ask for George. You will get much better service. More
Finance: Unresponsive to multiple voice messages. My salesman, Jerry, was friendly, but of absolutely zero help when I needed to address cuts/rips/tears in my leather upholstery that were apparently fac salesman, Jerry, was friendly, but of absolutely zero help when I needed to address cuts/rips/tears in my leather upholstery that were apparently factory defects. I didn't have any direct contact with General Manager, Larry, however he seems to back his employees whether they are right or wrong. I sincerely wish I had spent my $50,000 elsewhere. I find it suspicious that only 5-star ratings are listed on DealerRater. More
I came to this dealership from another local dealership that had a terrible time answering their phones. After calling several times, I gave up and looked elsewhere. A very clean establishment and they take social distancing and masks seriously. I appreciate all of this. Keep up the great work! More
