"Buying my first new car"
I really needed a new car but wasnt sure I could get one. Everyone at this dealership treated me so well and were so kind and helpful. From the salesman who took me on a test drive and taught me about all the features of my new car to the gentleman in the finance department who helped me get my loan. Everyone was professional, and also treated me like valued customer. I had such a great experience I will be sure to recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends.
"Read everything they make you sign; Scott's not honest"
Dropped in on a Friday night when there were no other customers in the store. We wanted a used car for a teen driver and a new car for me. Scott pointed us to a used Honda Civic, telling us that he didn't know how long it would be there, and it was a "great deal". He even offered that the dealership would pay $1,000 towards the extended Honda warranty. However, behind the scenes, he charged us for the entire amount of the warranty, plus 'gap insurance' on a car that had been there for six months, adding $2195 to the purchase price. Additionally, it was night, and the car wasn't supposed to have any scratches or dents larger than a quarter. The next morning we saw the damaged car doors. Additionally, they didn't give us the paperwork so we could review it during the 'cooling off' period. I had to go back three times and send 3 emails and 2 texts to get it. I am so sorry I ever set foot in that dealership.
