Chris Baca, Scott King, and Ralph Benfanti are an amazing team and they are well led by Larry Shriver! They went above and beyond helping my daughter to lease her very first car, a 2022 Honda HR-V. Do not buy from this dealership. They failed to explain all warranty exclusions when my daughter, a first time buyer, bought her upgraded Honda CRV 2022 on black Friday 2021. For no reason at all whatsoev all warranty exclusions when my daughter, a first time buyer, bought her upgraded Honda CRV 2022 on black Friday 2021. For no reason at all whatsoever her windshield cracked. Apparently, it has "Nano Cure" technology that senses when the driver needs to break. When she was sold the warranties they failed to tell her that a new replacement windshield would cost over 1400 bucks. They denied my daughter's window replacement claim because she did not purchase the Nano Cure Warranty. Again, they failed to her about it.. She would have bought it if she was told about how much it would cost to replace the front window. Do not buy from them!! More

We visited a handful of dealerships over the weekend and honestly, Kuni Honda was the BEST! They are closed to the public on Mondays, but made an exception for me to come test drive. Dishonest pricing I got an online quote for a specific Honda CR-V model and VIN number. I talked to the person on the phone to confirm that the price would match the qu I got an online quote for a specific Honda CR-V model and VIN number. I talked to the person on the phone to confirm that the price would match the quote if I came into the store. I specifically asked whether I might expect any additional charges (color coating, tinted windows, etc.). The person said no, the price that I see online is what I will pay. Sounded all good until I visited the store. I was told that this was the only model that they had in store with that particular color and that I would have to pay around $3,000 extra for the special features. Seriously? I did what any person should do, namely walked right out of the store. That was the last time I visited Kuni Honda. If you want an honest deal during these difficult times, skip this dealership. More
