Textbook Bait-and-Switch – Stay Away! If you’re looking for the stereotypical "shady used car salesman" experience, Holman Honda is the place for you. I spent hours doing my research and getting financing terms settled, only to be met with a web of lies and high-pressure tactics. First, they flat-out lied about the vehicle's features on the website. The Jeep was listed online with a hardtop, but when I showed up, it wasn't there. When I asked about it? Total silence. Then came the financial games. They told me my rate was "only good for 24 hours" to rush me. A few days later, they called me back offering a discount to lower my down payment—only to retract the offer the second I took a day off work to finalize the deal. They tried to bait me back into the office just to switch the numbers and hike up my monthly rate.I lost a full day of wages and any shred of trust in this dealership. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you through the door, then change the terms once they think they have you. Do yourself a favor: Save your time, save your money, and shop anywhere else. More

Decent time buying the car, however we bought the service plan and we were outright lied to about it. We were from out of town and they assured us our local Honda dealer would take the service plan, not true plan and we were outright lied to about it. In all my years (82) I have never had such a pleasant and smooth transaction in purchasing a new vehicle. Do not buy from this dealership. They failed to explain all warranty exclusions when my daughter, a first time buyer, bought her upgraded Honda CRV 2022 on black Friday 2021. For no reason at all whatsoev all warranty exclusions when my daughter, a first time buyer, bought her upgraded Honda CRV 2022 on black Friday 2021. For no reason at all whatsoever her windshield cracked. Apparently, it has "Nano Cure" technology that senses when the driver needs to break. When she was sold the warranties they failed to tell her that a new replacement windshield would cost over 1400 bucks. They denied my daughter's window replacement claim because she did not purchase the Nano Cure Warranty. Again, they failed to her about it.. She would have bought it if she was told about how much it would cost to replace the front window. Do not buy from them!! More
