We went in on a Thurs & test drove the car I wanted but it was the wrong color. A dealer trade was done to get the color I wanted, and that was appreciated. The car was at the dealership on Thur evening, On Friday we were told the car would be ready on Sat morning and we arranged a pick up of 10 am, with the understanding we had to be out of there by 12 as we had a birthday party to attend for our son. We showed up on Sat WITH financing. We were told they had to still do a credit check, we said no, we have financing. Turns out we were correct, no credit check was needed. After an hour of waiting, the salesman AND the financing guy were STILL tried to get us to use Honda financing. At 11:30 we told the salesman that we were leaving in 30 minutes either with the new car or he could put our plates back on the vehicle we were trading in but we were leaving in 30 minutes! We FINALLY got to see the financing guy at 11:40. We finally left there at 12:05, we were finishing the paperwork or we would have left. Something that should have taken 30 - 45 minutes took 2 hours and I truly believe that if we had not said we were leaving at 12, it would have taken longer. We were the FIRST people that day to leave with a new car & were the first people IN the financing guy's office, it was next to where we were waiting for 2 hours!!! Respect MY time!! More

Would avoid this dealership. Really. They messed up the payment and then later called and demanded that we drive across town to fix their problem. They lied about insurance fo Really. They messed up the payment and then later called and demanded that we drive across town to fix their problem. They lied about insurance for the windshield of our Honda, saying that normal insurance would not cover a damaged windshield. The sale was in cash but they made us wait for hours to finish the process. And title person didn't mail the work in for over a month after it was due to the DMV (regulatory violation), and so we had to go through the process of getting an additional temporary plate. Very, very poor customer service. More

I purchased a 2018 Honda CRV at a HONDA dealer in Florida and then moved to Colorado a few years later. I purchased the extended warranty at that same dealer. I have used that extended warranty here in Col and then moved to Colorado a few years later. I purchased the extended warranty at that same dealer. I have used that extended warranty here in Colorado several times. The AC was out and where I normally took the car was booking service appointments 3 - 4 weeks out so I decided to give Holman a try. They were two weeks out. Finally, drove there today and they informed me that they were going to charge $129 just to look at the car and that they would not consider the warranty. So, I wasted 45 minutes driving there and 45 minutes back. I noted on my appointment schedule I was going to be using an extended warranty. No call. Nothing on the scheduling to say they wouldn't honor that warranty. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEAL. They suck. More
