I made an appointment with Service Writer Mark Greene for Friday morning. From beginning to end, the experience exceeded my expectations. Mark was professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. I was pleasantly surprised to also receive a video of the inspection that showed what was done. The mechanic was awesome too. As a former Mercedes Benz owner, I was never treated this well.
