I drove down from Palm Beach County because I saw the good starting price on the CRV that we had had our eyes on for a while. Mr. Andrew essentially delivered everything that I was looking for in terms of vehicle type, features, and overall cost. He was as straightforward with me as I was with him, which made the process painless and pleasant. He made me feel at ease with his easy smile, and plus the fact that my man was Jamaican was a bonus. Mr. Ray was another very helpful individual who walked us through the financing with honesty and sound information. He paid attention to details and effectively explained all of the various forms and documents. His Cuban background, also, made me like him even more. In fact, I enjoyed the service these gentlemen provided so much that I delivered some homemade garlic bread to their workplace the other day. Overall, my experience with Holman Honda was I had hoped for and would recommend to someone out there looking to buy a car without the usual B.S. you usually have to put up with when you want to buy a new car. When I went in, I was instantly greeted and helped by Jeree. She was extremely kind and gave me updates on my car, because the service my car required was lengthy. She, along with the service tech, also explained to me what exactly my car needed and why my brakes were behaving that way. I had a great experience there and I have no issue to recommend Holman in sales and in service. More

Wait time I find the service fine, but the 3 hour wait for an oil change, tire rotation and car wash seems a bit much. Having made an appointment my expectatio I find the service fine, but the 3 hour wait for an oil change, tire rotation and car wash seems a bit much. Having made an appointment my expectation would be maybe and hour, but 3 hours, I don't know if the folks are sleep walking or going by the book for each item.
