I went in to test drive my desired car and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff. I met David and he introduced me to Erion, from there it was basically a done deal, this gentleman has excellent customer service skills, and somehow turn my curious visit into a purchase. The team pulled out all the stops to ensure I was extremely happy with the purchase. After my decision was make it was like clockwork, Donald expedited the documentation, he was friendly, humorous, and offered great advice and guidance. Erion, though, will move mountains for his customers, he assisted with acquiring insurance coverage and to top it off, drove home one of my cars when I was concerned about getting the two cars home. Should not have happened in the first place My car was delivered with faulty tyres which should have been found out during the PDI on the vehicle. Perfect Car buying experience. I drove nearly 20 miles in search of a new car and somehow ended up at Holman Honda. The deal I was initially promised was kept and a week later I pur I drove nearly 20 miles in search of a new car and somehow ended up at Holman Honda. During the purchasing process, I worked with a wonderful salesman named Patrick Drake who showed integrity, honesty and compassion. He took the time to explain the features of the car and also ways to save on my car insurance. Gabriel the finance guy was also friendly and very helpful. As a team, these gentleman somehow made a stressful situation a memorable and enjoyable experience. Not to mention, the low price I received definitely put my mind at ease! More
