I was window shopping the showroom while my previous vehicle was completing service. He initiated contact and patiently answered all my questions on over six different vehicles. He shared options available, colors, incentives, and details to assist in procuring a new vehicle. Overwhelmed with all the options, he handed me his card and suggested contact when I was ready. Although I understand this is a business, I immediately felt unpressured. I was approached by another salesman who called, text, and messaged several times. Austin did not exhibit this behavior. When I reached out to Austin over two months later, he recalled our meeting and was able to assist me with the price, down payment options, and prepare and deliver the vehicle of my choice within 24 hours. The financing department was effortless and a delight! Gabe was the best prepared in handling my file. Professional, attentive, focused, and prepared - he carefully and patiently explained each page of the stack paperwork before me. Watching the teamwork between him, Sam Assisi, and the other finance gentleman was awesome. Both politely interrupted Gabe to confirm answers regarding finance questions. He apologized for the interruption and was instantly back to reviewing the papers in front of us. He never skipped a beat and before I knew it, the financing aspect was completed. Austin escorted me back to the new vehicle and without hesitation asked to assist in moving the vehicle contents. He diligently assisted in moving all Weather Tech floor mats, personal items, phone charging cord, hair scrunchies on the gear shift lever, and of course that Florida Sunshine Pass. Definitely added to all the little touches which still exceeded my expectations. Although I did not realize this was possible, Austin exhibited more qualities than my previous Holman Honda salesman who unfortunately passed away last year. I was hesitant and uncertain if this would be possible, as he was exceptional. Thank you Austin for being the exception and coordinating this sale. You removed all stress, displayed considerate professionalism, and personalized the deal with courtesy and respect which is a very rare quality. Had to call the tow truck and went to Holman Honda less than five miles away. From the moment I approached the door, there was Joseph, a smiling , friendly advisor ready to help me out. He had the car diagnosed and found it was simply the battery that needed to be replaced. He was ready to meet my every need during this process. Together we even found that the dead battery was still under warranty and so there was no financial impact on my pocket at all! While I would have rather been sitting on the beach, I was pleasantly surprised at how efficiently Joseph Burdge and his team got me back on the road. More
