Work on customer service skills Car being upfront and ready to be seen was great. Haggling with the person behind the wall not so good. Car salesman Andrew had to keep going behind wall to some person who was never introduced to us. After finally agreeing on price of vehicle. I asked about a molding being replaced on windshield and was told it would not be replaced because I got such a good deal on vehicle and I would need to replace it myself. Also I was financed through credit union and offered tracking # for payment from credit union. Instead I was made to feel like I needed to also leave a down payment in order for car not to be sold. This would have been a great experience had we been introduced to the person behind the wall and the molding would have been replaced and tracking # taken to track payment that was already at dealership when down payment issue was bought up. More

Their customer service and attention to detail were amazing. I literally made my deal via email with Jackie and came in yesterday afternoon to sign paperwork with Gabe and was in and out in less than 90 minutes which is unheard of and was very impressive. The pricing was fair, upfront and the best part was Jackie emailed me an official quote when no other dealership was willing to. I have leased other vehicles from the Holman Automotive in the past and the experience and customer service was excellent and keeps getting better. More

Jere Estrill Jeree was fantastic .I had mentioned that I didn’t understand some of the icons on my dashboard, so in addition to facilitating my scheduled service, Jeree was fantastic .I had mentioned that I didn’t understand some of the icons on my dashboard, so in addition to facilitating my scheduled service, she took me right out to my car and explained the use of the icons. She also went over other things I hadn’t made use of. The service was done with minimal wait time and even enjoyed a nice cup of coffee. Thank you, Jeree! The car was coming up on 100K miles and I decided to go for a second visit back to Holman to have the car inspected and serviced. Turned out it needed a lot more than I was expecting. Jeree worked with me to discern the options and pricing. She also made me feel relaxed by personally showing me how to partake of the wifi, electrical outlets and drinks during my 6 hour visit. More

not pleased at all im only rating because my email will not very unhappy with how my car is performing sorry I brought it in for tune up something is very wrong performs 100% worse then before tune up has ze very unhappy with how my car is performing sorry I brought it in for tune up something is very wrong performs 100% worse then before tune up has zero pick up very poor performance have to press gas pedal to the floor never had to do that before I hope that whatever was done to my car does not cause permanent damage my bill was $495 .dollars thats not peanuts I would expect better than this More
