The entire staff made this process so smooth and comfortable. I never felt I was being pressured to do anything, I never felt like I was being "sold." The on duty manager Mark introduced himself right away, made me feel at home, and worked with my consultant David to negotiate the best deal for me. The gentleman in finance, Ray, also made what could be a tough process easy. He explained the difficult financing elements very well, and got me through the signing process feeling educated and confident. I almost went to Carvana for this purchase and I'm so glad I didn't. Eddie led me to the great coffee machine as well as the service center to meet the part department personal. With this level of personalized service I am highly considering purchasing my 2nd honda right here. Before I knew it my vehicle was ready.
