Poor call-back time I called several times to check on the status of my car. I was unable to be helped by anyone but my service advisor, including to simply check if my c I called several times to check on the status of my car. I was unable to be helped by anyone but my service advisor, including to simply check if my car was ready, but my service advisor was never available. Despite my asking for a call when I dropped off my car so that I could figure out transportation arrangements, I only received that info after calling back myself over 5 hours later. It took over 2 hours to get confirmation that my car was in fact ready for pick up, despite calling 3 times, different numbers, AND being assured that someone would give my service advisor my message and I would be called back shortly..
