We were provided with the right level of information relating to features, associated costs, financing costs, rebates, etc.--which made it easy for us to make our final decision. Prior to leaving the lot with our new vehicle Jerome patiently showed us to use the many features on the new vehicle and invited us to participate in a future Holt-provided seminar.
