AWFUL experience Let me preface this review by saying working with Aubrey and Eric Cash was an excellent experience. My experience with Homer Skelton as a whole though Let me preface this review by saying working with Aubrey and Eric Cash was an excellent experience. My experience with Homer Skelton as a whole though, specifically Roland Boughton, the finance guy we worked with, was AWFUL. My family has purchased two vehicles now with Homer Skelton and we will never do that again. They apparently gave me $1K more in rebates when I signed the paperwork for my vehicle and waited over a week to contact me about THEIR mistake saying if I wanted to finance through Ford, it'd be an extra $1K I'd have to pay. If I realized I'd paid too much for my vehicle, they would've laughed in my face but because THEY made the issue, I was expected to pay for their mistake. The rebate issue isn't even my biggest complaint. Roland was EXTREMELY rude and condescending throughout the entire process, pointing fingers at the woman that put the numbers in even though HE was the manager in charge of looking over the numbers and helping me sign on the dotted line. Furthermore, when I told him yesterday how I didn't appreciate him talking down to me on the phone the day prior, he said he was just yelling at me because I got upset with him first. When we finished signing the paperwork AGAIN at his desk yesterday, he couldn't even be bothered to stand up and shake our hand or apologize for the inconvenience. The lack of customer service I've experienced from Homer Skelton is insane and I will never recommend this dealership again. Severely disappointed and thankful I ended up financing with Orion instead of directly with Ford. More
