The truck was at the dealership for 3 weeks before I purchased it and now I've had the truck for about 5 more weeks. That is two months from the time they received it to now with no fix. More

Tyler was awesome the entire process because he quickly found the EXACT car I specified, despite the low odds. His perseverance and hard work is what makes Tyler stand apart from others. This was very evident during the search. To add, Tyler was able to get me a deal like no other on a typically highly marked up vehicle. Tyler made sure the search and deal was as smooth as a possible, even when faced with unforeseen hiccups no obtaining the exact car requested. I highly recommend Tyler if you are looking to find the exact car you need for a great price with minimal hassle.. The issue was diagnosed and Earl contacted me before proceeding. He explained the problem and repair plan along with an estimate of the amount of time it would take. I was notified as soon as the repair was completed. When I picked the truck up it was snowing and the truck was covered with ice, Earl told me to stay inside and he retrieved my vehicle and delivered it heated up and ice free. That’s the kind of customer service I come to expect from Homer Skelton and why I’ve purchased multiple vehicles from them. Keep up the good work, you have a loyal customer here. Thanks again More
