My daughter is going into the Army as a Captain. She and I had discussed buying a Honda CR-V for over a year. She decided on what she wanted and we went to a Honda dealer in Portland to look at the CR-V. I had discussed buying a Honda CR-V for over a year. Four weeks went by and NOTHING happened. So I wrote down ten Honda dealerships in Washington (I live in Olympia) that had high ratings. I started calling the dealerships looking for a white CR-V with everything. On the third try I talked with Tracy Miller at Bellevue and he had exactly what we wanted. I put my daughter in touch with Alex Miller and by the end of the day my daughter had her car. Alex and my daughter worked all the details out over the phone to include a price that USAA provided from their website. Alex was NO pressure, knowledgeable and best of all, no baloney!! My daughter came up from Portland and drove home with her new car. I was impressed with the whole thing and I don't like car dealerships. We were all treated like human beings and not just another car sale. Certainly will share my positive experience. More
