Looking at the vehicle, learning about the options, and negotiating a price went very well and I got a great deal. Everyone was very pleasant to work with. My one gripe is how long it took to get the deal done - I only looked at 2 vehicles, decided on one very early and made an offer, and was still at the dealership for over 3 hours. I understand that a credit check, price approval, etc. take time, but anything to make it shorter would go a long way to improving the experience. Overall the people were great though; my complaint lies with the process. More

I live over 60 miles from the Honda Auto Center of Bellevue dealership and have several other Honda dealerships closer to me. I have been narrowing down my choices and researched many vehicles and ha Bellevue dealership and have several other Honda dealerships closer to me. I have been narrowing down my choices and researched many vehicles and had narrowed my decision down to a new Civic or Accord. During my research I noticed as I went through the 15 local Honda dealer websites that most of them were not very user friendly and very vague about their prices and would only show stock photos of their inventory. Listing with stock photos and “Call Us” or just the MSRP price was very common on local dealer websites and not at all informative on actual pricing and immediately that dealership is eliminated from my choices. It was very refreshing to see Bellevue Hondas website listing of over 35 cars with actual prices, VIN #s and photos of what they are selling. I saw over 5 cars on their site with an "ACTUAL" asking price rather than the Call Us or MSRP only. As stated I drove much farther to look and purchase a car that could be found at closer dealerships but because of the way they advertise the prices or lack thereof they missed out on the sale. The salesman were no pressure and easy to deal with. They did not throw out a MSRP at me and expect 3 hours’ worth of haggling to get to a price that was actually realistic. There was very little haggling and that equates to saving my personal time as well as the salesman was available then to assist other customers so time savings for both. I strongly recommend anyone who wants a pleasant car shopping experience to come in and give them Bellevue Honda chance. They have a very courteous staff and no high pressure tactics. I will strongly recommend to all my friends and anyone who may ask me for a suggestion. More

Working with Clinton was a great experience. I felt that he was fighting on my side to get a good price from the managers in the dealership. The first two visits, I didnt get a good price and walked out wit he was fighting on my side to get a good price from the managers in the dealership. The first two visits, I didnt get a good price and walked out without buying. (I changed from used vehicle to new vehicle between the first visit and second visit. Hence the two visits). But both times, Clinton talked with different managers in the dealership next day and called me back with better prices. Hence in the third visit I bought the car. Overall it was a good experience.
