I went and met Howie at the dealership one weekend to learn more about Honda and their different models available. I left feeling really satisfied with the service provided. I then went back after work two days later, and without expecting to, i purchased a vehicle! I was so happy with how patient Howie was with my lack of decision making skills, and some anxiety coming with a purchase such as this. After all was said and done, I felt at ease and confident with the purchase I made. I only had to drive the car once and fell in love with it. That's the reason why I loved being there. I didn't feel pressured, coaxed or swayed towards one thing or another. He left it up to me, the buyer. I appreciated that whole-heartedly. I have had some bad car buying experiences in the past, but this was definitely one that turned that bad taste in my mouth into a better one! Tom was super professional, knowledgable, and is really on the customer's side. Tom offered to drive me from my office to the dealership in the car I was interested in. As I signing the paperwork, Tom rushes in and told me he found a way to lower the price by another $500 I hadn't even asked for!
