Tom was super professional, knowledgable, and is really on the customer's side. Tom offered to drive me from my office to the dealership in the car I was interested in. As I signing the paperwork, Tom rushes in and told me he found a way to lower the price by another $500 I hadn't even asked for! After I bought the car, I mentioned my last car was made in '97 so he took another hour showing me cool features I might not be aware of! More

I was looking online for a used 2012 VW Jetta, when I found the perfect one at Honda of Bellevue. I arrived at the dealership to take a look at the car and was given plenty of space by all of the salesme found the perfect one at Honda of Bellevue. One salesmen, Karim, happened to be walking around - something he said they don't normally do - and asked if I needed any assistance. I test drove the car and decided it was the one for me. Unfortunately, I couldn't make the purchase that day for a number of reasons, and had to come back another time. In the meantime, Karim and I worked closely so when I came back in, the deal was almost completely ready for a signature on the dotted line. Karim was great to work with - he was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond my expectations.
