Nine years later, I recently bought a used Pilot from, again, Dennis Ouellette. Dennis is very easy to communicate with, and he never wasted my time. What impresses me the most about Dennis is his support after agreeing to the sales terms. He carefully helps with all the details of coordinating the sale (including the trade-in, in the recent case), and, in particular, goes above and beyond making sure the car you are getting is ready to go, and explaining to you everything you might need to know about your new car. Follow-up has been excellent. I would certainly go back again. More

The customer service at this dealer was outstanding! Brian went out of his way to show me the cars I liked- he even held an umbrella for me when it rained. Being new to the area, I did not have anyone to help me return my rental car to the airport, so Brian helped by following me in a Honda and brought me back to my new car. The used car I bought was due for a maintenance check, so Brian even took it over to the Toyota dealer for me and paid for the service while I was at work the next day. As a female, I was afraid that the dealer would treat me like "prey" when it came to negotiations, but on the contrary, they were willing to work within my budget and I never once felt uncomfortable. Furthermore, I had forgotten my checkbook, so they let me come back in a few days to write my down payment check. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and I love my new car, so I would definitely recommend this dealer!!! More
