Our new car purchase was probably the nicest experience we have ever had from start to finish. Our test drive was with Robert on Saturday. We decided we needed to make a decision the next day in order to we have ever had from start to finish. Our test drive was with Robert on Saturday. We decided we needed to make a decision the next day in order to get in on the "Accord Promotion" prior to month end. Marco was gracious in completing all the paperwork with us and answered all of our questions. Robert was not scheduled in until later, but arrived in time for us to shake hands while Marco arranged to have my new beautiful car washed and the final papers signed with the sales manager. Marco then set up my hands free cell phone and explained all the features and dials on the dashboard.
