Bought a used car, courteous staff My sales guy was very nice, very courteous and not pushy. I was given a great trade in value on my existing vehicle. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the finance guy at the end. He walked me through what I was getting on top of my purchase, monthly payments and interest rates. What he did NOT do was articulate clearly how much my total cost was going to be. I didn't realize till I got home and went over stuff that I ended up spending more than I had planned. I may have gone for it anyway with the 100k mile warranty, but I really wish the man I was dealing with had been clear. I realize it's a sales technique to focus on monthly payment and not total cost, but given I'm not an expert on car buying I would have liked to have been treated with more honesty. Sure I had the paperwork but it all flew by and I should have realized the numbers but still, up front numbers would have made me feel more comfortable. More

The amenities are great, so even if you wait for service, the waiting area is comfortable, with coffee, soft drinks and snacks available. My only recommendation would be to install charging stations for all our electronic gadgets! (lol) More
