Excellent Customer Service! Thank you Victor! I've recently renewed my lease and I've had a positive experience each time! I appreciate the atmosphere and customer service. It made me feel comfort I've recently renewed my lease and I've had a positive experience each time! I appreciate the atmosphere and customer service. It made me feel comfortable not having all sales reps jump on me pushing their products and services without giving me much needed space as soon as I walked in. Both times I've gone through the leasing process, I've had the pleasure of working with Victor. He was very informative, helpful and very professional. In my most recent experience (a week or so ago), I appreciated Victor presenting me all options and not pushing one over the other. He was interested in figuring out what was important to me and helped me arrive at the decision that worked best for me and my family. He was patient and helpful. He encouraged me to test drive a few cars I was interested in and the whole time he was friendly, informative and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with my experience and I will certainly return to Victor to help me out next time around as well! I must add that everyone I've interacted with (service department, finance, etc) have been great. More
Excellent dealer, less than excellent sales I lease from Autosport and my vehicle has been excellent. Autosport is quick and efficient when it comes to my oil changes, they're very helpful with I lease from Autosport and my vehicle has been excellent. Autosport is quick and efficient when it comes to my oil changes, they're very helpful with recommendations, and they do an overall great job keeping everything neat and clean. However, the constant bombardment with phone calls is a little ridiculous. The person I leased my vehicle from is no longer employed there. The person, Victor, who I'm assuming took over has not stopped calling me since I've answered his first call. My lease is up in OVER a year, and he will continuously call me and try to strong-arm me into purchasing the vehicle. I've said before that I'm not interested in buying, yet I continue to get phone calls. I understand being persistent as a salesman, but the attitude that "Bear" includes in his calls after you tell him "no" is almost frightening. First of all, calling someone by their nickname is so unprofessional. Mix that with a childlike attitude and you have a perfect recipe for "I'm taking my business elsewhere". More
