Despite a little hiccup during the process where the car I was interested in got a dent in it, Brian promptly took care of the situation and obtained the same car from another dealer. On my next visit, we got all of the paperwork done and I was able to drive the new Honda home that night. Since then, the car has been driving great and Brian has followed up with me to see if everything with the car is working fine. Great salesman overall! More

Steve was there every step of the way while the service team addressed the problems with the vehicle. Steve worked tirelessly to resolve each problem with grace and professionalism. He made sure I had a loaner ready each time I came in for service. Knowing how particular I am about my car he even kept it inside the building during service appointments and had the car hand washed each time I picked it up. Steve is a rare commodity and should be given more than a five star rating.
