Honda Bridgewater - Service Center

They stripped my drain plug during a simple oil change and tried to blame me for it. Unbelievable. They finally admitted it and re-threaded it but I found their initial lies to be incredibly disrespec and tried to blame me for it. Unbelievable. I would never trust Autosport with my car again after an awful experience with him. It’s too bad because Becca and Crystal were great before my experience with Christian. How do you mess up a simple oil change so badly? More
