Honda Cars of Bellevue is a great experience overall. I cannot think of a better place to purchase a vehicle. I've been involved with six vehicle purchases from them. The customer service is the best, sale cannot think of a better place to purchase a vehicle. I've been involved with six vehicle purchases from them. The customer service is the best, sales personnel are friendly and willing to negotiate. The friendliness of all personnel there is better than any other dealer I have visited. It is quite a distance from my home to HCB so having my cars serviced there is somewhat difficult, but I am very pleased with the service when I do. I recently purchased a new vehicle from HCB and the car was in perfect condition on pick up. It is apparent that there are well understood business practices and processes there. One thing I really like about HCB over other dealers is that they put sales prices on the vehicle windshields, this is a big plus for me. Most dealers do not, even when advertising a 'sale.' I state all this in confidence because though we (my family) have purchased six vehicles from HCB each time we shopped at other dealers as well. We end up buying from HCB because of the price, personnel and overall pleasant experience. In fact, on my most recent purchase, due to the circumstances I had to pick up my vehicle late in the evening. The sales and finance staff went over the final paperwork and went over the basics on the operations of the vehicle, service, etc... When we finished and I drove off, it was then that I realized it was after closing time, but, I could not tell at all from any HCB team member any urgency to wrap up the deal and get out of there. More

I dreaded going and looking for cars, but my mom needed to find one and Tony was the first person to come and greet us with a friendly sm Sorensen... He was so laid back and it made the buying and trading much easier and less stressful. I can honestly say, that I have never had so much fun, in helping with looking for a car, with a sales rep. before. I would recommend Tony, to all my friends, when they decide they need another vehicle and I myself, would go to him as well :) There needs to be more sales rep., like Tony, to make that kind of transaction, a less stressful one and feel right at home... We had an annoying rattle develop in the front end of our 2008 Honda Civic Si with only 17,000 miles that was just out of warranty. Buying our Crosstour was the best and the fastest experience we have had when purchasing a vehicle. Jose Cruz and Teri Brewer were wonderful.....Jose was easy to talk with and he explained the vehic experience we have had when purchasing a vehicle. We could not believe how informative Terri was and how informative she was with all the details. Teri explained throughly the contract and also informed us about the extended warranties. I worked with Kevin over the phone on the used car lot for a 2003 Chrysler Van they had for sale on eBay for $4k. I noticed that one of the front tires of the van was really worn on the side so I decided for a 2003 Chrysler Van they had for sale on eBay for $4k. I noticed that one of the front tires of the van was really worn on the side so I decided to call before placing a bid. I told Kevin I had four kids and that I needed a SAFE vehicle that we could all fit into. I asked Kevin if the van has any issues or has been in any accidents and he said he pulled the CarFax report and said there has been no accidents and only two owners. I said I noticed that one of the front tires looked really worn and it appeared to be out of alignment. Kevin assured me that the van has been inspected and that it was a very safe vehicle for my family and told me the van was going to auction the next day and asked me to put a deposit down and he would have his mechanic check the alignment. I responded with "so I could drive this van to Florida and back with no problems" and he said absolutely. I gave him $500 with plans to pick it up in five days on a Sunday since I live 200 miles away and work throughout the week. Kevin told me he would not be there on Sunday but would still get credit for the sale since he put me in the system and told me he would text me his personal cell number. A couple of days pass and I never get a text with his number or a call to tell me what his mechanic found out. I decided to call back and left a voice mail about the alignment and decided to ask if the air worked since it did say it had air in the eBay add.With no return call and after a few tries of calling I was able to speak with Kevin again. I asked about the alignment and he said it pulls very hard to the right and that the air does not blow cold and that his manager said they would not fix it. This made me very upset because not only did someone lie to me to sell a car, they lied and put my kids 5 and under in danger. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he would have to call me back because he was taking video of new cars they received. Several hours passed and no call from the manager so I call back demanding a refund since the manager doesn't care enough to return my call. Kevin assured me he would call me right back and 20 minutes later my phone rang with the manager on the other end. Forgive me because I forget the managers name but I went over everything that I typed above and he said he was sorry and said it is basically a cheap vehicle that they were going to take to the auction since it has been on the lot for so long. He declined to repair the vehicle even though I pointed out that something could be wrong with a tie rod or something and could be dangerous for travel. I also told him it would be VERY unsafe for my kids (youngest 2 months) to be in a van with no air when it has been 100+ degrees out. He still would not budge and said he would have to refund my money. I only hope I get my refund but the main issue is they were going to allow me to pick up an unsafe vehicle and travel with my kids. The tire would have probably blown out if it was pulling as bad as Kevin said and the van would have probably flipped. I am just happy that they messed up and posted a picture of a bad tire because that is what started all of my questioning. More
