I am very sorry that this was your experience. I apologize that Kevin was overly aggressive in trying to earn your business on what we had in stock at the time. It is unfortunate that we did not have the color you wanted, if we had none of this would have happened. Due to the earthquake and tsunami in Japan, 2012 Civic inventory has been extremely tight and it has been very difficult to always get a customer's first color choice.
