About a month after we purchased our van (that we are still in love with BTW), we had a total fluke electrical issue go wrong with the car. I panicked and contacted Brian Kelley, one of the managers. He took care of everything for us. I didn’t have to worry about a thing and I had the car back in my possession within 48 hours. Couldn’t have asked for any better help and service than I received. I brought the stroller in and Josh kindly took it out of my car and put it in the CRV so I could see it was a good fit!
