The only thing I wish would've been different would to have been able to have had the second finance worker not on vacation, as the wait to get in and fill out paperwork took a short while. Confidence Building My wife owns a 2007 Honda Fit. In 2014 she had routine maintenance performed by Honda Cars of Bellevue (HCB) - to include a tire rotation. Two days My wife owns a 2007 Honda Fit. In 2014 she had routine maintenance performed by Honda Cars of Bellevue (HCB) - to include a tire rotation. Two days later, while driving on the interstate, the tires/wheels fell off. NOT! without hassle, the dealership agreed to make all necessary repairs, loan us a car, and give us a $25 Applebees gift certificate. Once the repairs were complete, we got the car home and realized that the mechanics forgot to connect the blinker light wiring harness. Needless to say, we connected it ourselves and checked torque and installation on everything else I could access. After that experience, we decided not to use the repair facility again. However, on October 14, 2017, I needed to replace a left CV axle on the fit and none of the local parts store had it in stock. So I was compelled to give HCB one more chance. Josh Pridham restored my confidence in HCB because he demonstrated care for the customer and care for Honda products. After he researched the part, he discovered that the OEM part was 12x's as much as a remanufactured one. He than recommended some less expensive options, and I was able to repair the vehicle that same day. Thanks for being fair and honest Josh. Confidence restored and another Honda still on the road. More

Honest Deals I called Tony after reviewing prices online. Told him what I wanted to pay for a new 18 Odessey. Called me back in less than 5 minutes and said they I called Tony after reviewing prices online. Told him what I wanted to pay for a new 18 Odessey. Called me back in less than 5 minutes and said they would do it at that price. Brandon followed up as they located the color we wanted and gave me updates for when it would be available. Once they had the vehicle, Brandon went over all the features of the car and there were no surprises or the usual 'upsale' attempts. Great experience all around. More
