We had excellent service. They were very considerate about out time since we had to drive 3 hours back home. When we were promised the car would be ready and the new leather seats installed, they were r about out time since we had to drive 3 hours back home. Brian did a great job greeting us immediately, and helped us find what we were looking for. He did not try to push us into anything and really listened to what we needed and wanted. We were there late at night and Brian tried to speed up the process as much as possible, and even provided Arby's sandwiches when our 3 year old began to complain about being hungry! He also followed up with us the next business day to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I felt like the price was good for what we were getting, but of course, as a consumer, you would always like an even lower price! Overall, Honda cars did a fantastic job and we will definitely recommend you to friends and family, as well as return for our next vehicle. More

Trae was very courteous and resourceful. He was spot on with either answering questions or contacting the right resource. I was hungry and had been there for a long time and he bought me a burger. I feel like I know yet another friend at Honda Cars of McKinney. Steve, Ian, Ann, and now Trae will be part of our extended family! It's just so awesome to know familiar places at a Car Dealership. I was getting an oil change for my old Honda Civic and wanted to kill some time looking at the new cars. Bill walked up and I started to tell him what I was looking for but I knew my current financial si wanted to kill some time looking at the new cars. Bill walked up and I started to tell him what I was looking for but I knew my current financial situation would not allow buying a new car. I never felt pressured. Bill just talked about the new cars, asked what i was looking for, took some of my information and went to the back. He came back quickly and he started showing me what they had. Normally, dealerships try to push you into cars you don't want or just don't listen to you. It was funny that I really didn't think I could get a car but it was fun looking. Pretty soon, they had a bank that would furnish the loan, they worked on the price to fit my budget and had me out of there with a new car in about 2 hours. Awesome!!!! I felt bad that I kept changing my mind on the color of the car, but Bill was very patient. A great experience. That is why I keep coming back. More

I think overall the experience was fantastic, as soon as we walked in, Trae was attending to us. He did not try to sell us what he thought we needed, he actually listened to what my daughter was saying and we walked in, Trae was attending to us. He was great in the test drive, tried to explain the mechanics of the car however my daughter was more interested in the bells and whistles so, he covered the basics that she would listen to then explained all the stuff she wanted to hear about. He actually had to get John involved in the deal since he was not yet certified to make the sale. John was very helpful and did a great job as well. I answered n/a to quality of work cause we didn't have work done. I answered OK on price cause I don't care who you are you always want a cheaper price. I would have said GREAT had you sold me the car for $10,000.00! More

This has got to be the best car buying experience I have ever had. Darrell Rougeau worked with me via email until I knew what kind of deal I was going to get. I didn't want to waste 2 1/2 hours driving d ever had. Darrell Rougeau worked with me via email until I knew what kind of deal I was going to get. I didn't want to waste 2 1/2 hours driving down from McAlester, Oklahoma if we were not going to be able to work something out. I emailed the quote that Darrell gave me to 4 other dealerships in Oklahoma and all 4 said to take the deal; they couldn't compete with Honda Cars of McKinney. Darrell had the vehicle we had discussed ready for me to test drive and the next thing I knew, I was headed north in a new Honda. I would definitely do business again with Honda Cars of McKinney and expect to make the drive down for some of my service followups. Tony is the best sales person I have worked with at Honda. Tony was courteous, he was a great listener, and then delivered everything as requested. Lastly, I was in a hurry to complete my paperwork, and Tony did everything to make that as painless as possible, and then the finance person working with me worked to get me a better rate than my credit union had offered.
