My appointment was with Phil Killough but he seemed busy having a non business conversation with another Service Advisor and essentially both involved in the conversation ignored me. Fortunately, Kathy Scr having a non business conversation with another Service Advisor and essentially both involved in the conversation ignored me. Fortunately, Kathy Scrimgeour noticed I was being ignored and graciously stepped in to help me. She provided excellent service throughout the entire time I was at your dealership. I scheduled a regular service appointment and everything was going great. Then they discovered that my car needed some additional repairs. Service Manager Gus handled the details with my warranty company was going great. Then they discovered that my car needed some additional repairs.
