So I found the phone number for Honda of Rock Hill. I made contact with Mr. Joel Suggs, who immediately explained what was available at the dealership. I arrived at the dealership and immediately greeted by a sales person named Steve. I then met Pete Pestone who welcomed me into the dealership to go over the options available to determine the price. I was so impressed with the facility and the friendliness of all the personnel working there. I was explained the pricing by Joel Suggs, and it was even better than what I had anticipated. Steve and Pete were so patient while I was deciding between the color of white or grey, etc. I am an old man and for the first time, and after buying several cars, I felt no pressure from anyone to buy the vehicle from the dealership. It was such a pleasant experience, and I want to thank Joel, Pete, Mike, Steve and the financing department for being so patient and friendly to me. More

I arrived at 7:30 this morning and she was able to quickly check me in and have a loaner vehicle ready to go. Prior to my appointment we sent 30+ emails going over exactly what needed to be done and what could wait. She even took the time to go over the other dealer's quotes with me AND beat their prices by several hundred dollars. I bombarded her with numerous coupons and price match questions but it didn't phase her. I am 100% satisfied with todays visit and can't believe how much she saved me! Two great experiences We came down from Huntersville in August and got two Accords, a Sport sedan and a coupe. I stopped in Tuesday to have some work done to the coupe and was talking to Wes, Andy, Russ and Pete about trading one of the cars for a CRV. They couldn't get the numbers where I was comfortable but Wes called me again this morning and said they were working on it. They worked really hard to get us where we wanted to be on the payment and we picked up the CRV this evening. Also, Gus in the service department was great helping me get my mirror fixed on the coupe and Jamie did a great job taking care of that. More

Quick and easy process, I sent Jim an email to verify he would be in that day, we arrived around 4:30 PM and had everything resolved and paperwork in process by 6:00 PM. It's worthy to note that we continue returning to Jim as he always makes the transaction as nice and smooth as possible. We also worked with Paul Beckman in finance and as usual he made the process completely painless. We will continue to return to Honda Cars of Rock Hill for all future vehicle purchases. More
