I have dealt with Honda Cars of Rock Hill for many years. I have always had the best of service. As a single woman, I do worry about being stranded on the highway. When I have taken my car in for service, they are prompt to take the car into the shop and begin work on it. When I've needed a loaner vehicle, they've connected me with a good provider, who has treated me well. when I've asked questions, I've gotten knowledgeable answers. This last visit, I inquired about the strength of my battery. They checked it and said it was fine. They could have told me it needed to be replaced, and I would have had to go with their recommendation. They could have taken advantage of me, and I would not have known the difference. But, they didn't do that at all. Working with a dealership that employs trustworthy people means a lot to me. That is why I go there over and over again! More
