This is the third new vehicle we have purchased at Honda Cars of Rock Hill. Everybody is always so helpful and willing to answer every question we have regarding the vehicle and financing. They seem to work harder to make us comfortable with the sales process than they do to sell another vehicle. It is nice to be able to make an appointment on line. I had a recall on the airbag of my 2002 Honda. Was there about an hour. Employees were friendly, and I enjoyed having "refreshments" available. This was our 2nd visit so far to your dealership and both times we have had the best experience! We definitely plan to bring my parents soon as they are now looking for a car. We have been fortunate to have Jerry as our salesman both times and we just love him! We took several of his cards this time and assured him we would be recommending him to anyone looking for a vehicle. Pete was great as well in the finance department. He shared with us various options in terms of putting some money down to get our payment reduced a little in addition to explaining the extended warranty for us. Again, a great experience!!! The only issue that we had with the transaction was that as we drove home to North Charlotte, we couldn't get the radio channels to come in, which we thought was very strange. We assumed it was maybe like a new TV where you had to scan through all of the stations to activate them (since we had never had a brand new car). But when we got home, we realized that the antennae wasn't on the car. We called Jerry and sure enough they had removed it during the cleaning process. We are planning to drive back down to pick that up as well as the privacy shade for the back section as soon as it comes in. Thanks again for an awesome experience! I am so excited about my new CRV! We will continue driving to Rock Hill as long as we get this type of service! More
