I had a scheduled maintenance appointment today with Wayne Duncan. He followed up with me throughout the day & even got me a rental car for the day so I did not have to wait for my vehicle which was getting allot of stuff done. Wayne was professional & very friendly and answered every question I had. I highly recommend this dealership for all your Honda needs

"Both the Journey and the Destination were Excellent "

I am and have been a Honda owner for more than 35 years. I unfortunately had issues with my 2019 Honda Odyssey and the entire Hendricks Honda Team in RockHill were responsive and supportive - specifically Zack and Matthew in service dept, Joe and Russ in sales dept as well as Angela in Finance and Andy. It has been a pleasure working with this professional team and I plan to buy all my future Hondas (I have 4 driving teens) from the RockHill Team!

"Nobody ever answers the phone!!!"

I bought a new car 9 months ago, I love the car buying with Brandon Grubb. However, it takes an enormous amount,t of time to schedule service. I have called 3 days in a row & the phone just keeps ringing & then loops to voicemail or to retry the service dept. I tried for an hour at a time to schedule an appointment. Finally I got an appointment. When I came to check in, I stood there with no greeting, nobody said we will be right with you, nothing. As I waited to be noticed, the phone was just constantly ringing. There were 7 people in the dept, 2 were helping other customers, others just looking at their screens, meanwhile the phone just kept ringing & ringing. Nobody was in a hurry to help anyone or to answer the phone.

"Horrible experience with the service department. "

I took my car in with a problem with the warning lights staying. on. I paid 49.99 for a diagnostic test. The test results clearly stated a certain problem with a part. I had to make a special trip to prepay for the part before they would order it. I went back after the part came in (which by the way they never called to tell me it was in). This did not fix the problem. I still had to pay for the part and labor. They told me I needed another part 1,400.. They also told me I need new washer blades. I just had mine replaced 2 weeks prior. I would never recommend using this dealership. They can not be trusted.

"Car Buying Made Easy"

I came in to have my car serviced. Roy Rhine gave me excellent service and feedback regarding my existing Honda. However, due to repairs and the age of the car, I decided to look at a new car. Jim Scott listened to my needs and desires and found the right vehicle for me. I drove a vehicle for a day to see if this was what I wanted. When I picked it up, it was raining and cold. Jim (who had listened to my wants) had the heated seat turned on for me. (This made my night!) His patience and desire to hear what I wanted, and what I could afford, made the sale. I was wooed from Toyota (20 years ago) by Jim Scott. Now 20 years later, my husband and I have purchased multiple cars from him. Thank you, Jim!!! Shelby Mayfield, Finance, presented the right options that fit within our budget. We appreciate the level of service and care provided by the Honda associates. "Horrible Service"

These people are completely unprofessional. I gave them a chance to fix a recall problem which is common in the 2002 Honda Civic. This recall can cause shards to project towards your face from faulty airbags. Resulting in death. You would think they would be grateful that you gave them a chance to right this wrong which could result in death and massive lawsuits against Honda. They weren't. They provided a tow and they were supposed to provide a rental car to make up for the time. They did not. They towed my car and that was the last I heard of it. They didn't bother to call me or let me know anything. When I finally called them to ask what was going on they said that my car was finished and was towed back to my house. It was not. I had to call back to let them know it was not there. They instead towed it to the wrong place without even asking me where I wanted the car to go after making me wonder for an hour where my car even was. They refused to right this wrong at all, even going so far as to dismiss my frustration by telling me it was Honda incorporated's fault, they did what they were supposed to do and that it wasn't their problem. Any mechanic I have dealt with in my entire life has called me when my car was done to let me know. Instead they just towed my car without calling me, with absolutely no regard for where it was supposed to go. Thanks to them, I got stiffed with a $50 tow bill to get my car to me. These people are rude and incompetent. I will never go to them for anything and I'm questioning whether I will even bother to buy another Honda.

We are sorry to hear of your displeasure, but would like to set the record straight. American Honda in California reached out to you to get recalls taken care of and after several years of unsuccessful attempts to get these recalls handled, called us and asked for our help. At their direction and with your permission, we towed your Honda from Precision Tune in a non-running condition to perform these recalls. We pushed your Civic into and out of our service department and completed three recalls in less than two hours. We called you at 2:59 and left a message, and again at 3:20. After no response, we towed your vehicle back to Precision Tune. As for the rental car, you never asked for one but we would have gladly provided one for you if you had come down to our dealership. Rental agencies require paperwork to be filled out by the driver in order to rent a car, even if American Honda is paying the charges. We are very sorry you are unhappy with your service visit, but feel that we did a great service to you by towing your car to and from its current location at no charge and performing three safety recalls in a short period of time.
