It's always a pain to buy a car in a dealership but my experience in this one is not too bad. The car I bought is more than I can afford and of course, the other added fees make you feel worse. Igor was very knowledgeable and professional. All salesmen can be the same but Igor has a trait that make you feel like you made the right decision. I am very unhappy with my visit and this guy tried to sell me unnecessary services. My visit was for an alignment, which was performed but did not resolve the issue. This guy stated I needed other work done to ensure the alignment issue resolves, only to tell me this after the alignment service was done, not before during I initial inspection. A lot of unnecessary services all of a sudden appeared and exceeded well over thousands of dollars. I've been very unhappy with this location since being bought out by Murgado Automotive Group. This location was much better before the acquisition. I advise taking your business elsewhere. More

We are from Ohio and were visiting family in Round Lake, Illinois when our ‘check transmission’ light came on in our Honda Pilot. Not wanting to continue driving, we called Honda dealerships in the area an Illinois when our ‘check transmission’ light came on in our Honda Pilot. Not wanting to continue driving, we called Honda dealerships in the area and they weren’t willing to check it out until Saturday, or even the upcoming week. (This happened on July 3). Honda Libertyville was the fourth dealership we called and the only one that told us to bring it in to check it out. James in the service dept was more than nice, explained things and reassured us that the Pilot is safe to drive back to Ohio.
