Who are you kidding? People...do not trust this scam of a dealership! They will NOT address their shortfalls and ridiculous service tactics OR the lack of professionalism that swarms within. This is clearly an auto-driven response (pun-intended). Admit that you damaged my car with your faulty parts and poor workmanship, then I'll believe that you actually care about your customers, especially the LOYAL ones.
