Excellent service We were turning in a 2016 CR-V that was coming off lease, which had been leased at a different dealership. We knew we wanted another CR-V, dealer did not have the model we wanted (LX), tried very hard to push us to a different car (HR-V EX) or to the CR-V EXL which they had is stock. Left and went to Honda North. Tylor was very helpful, working thru a couple sales / lease options with us. No pressure, very professional. Left with the car we were looking for. More

Matt Abbott and sales manager Joe Flammia were absolutely fantastic. Their no pressure approach to sales was a refreshing experience. I had been to about a dozen different dealerships and experienced the high pressure sales tactics but I didn't experience that at all with Mr. Abbott and Mr. Flammia. I had received two matching offers for a 2020 Honda Accord from two other dealerships. One of the main reasons I returned to Honda North to purchase the vehicle was due to how I was treated by Mr. Abbot and Mr. Flammia. I did not have the same experience with the finance dept. More
