I came into the dealership with my husband and we where introduced to Charlie who was very friendly. He asked me what I was looking for to buy weather it be the basics or loaded with features He showed m introduced to Charlie who was very friendly. He then proceeded to show us what was available outside and which one would I like to test drive. During the test drive he continued to tell us the features of the Pilot. Back in the showroom, we were made comfortable and while I started paperwork he went to look at my vehicle to trade in. In his office he showed me down payments with monthly payments to see what would work for me. My tags were transfered like I asked. While in the finance office he washed the Pilot for me and we were both finished about the same time. He programed my phone into the Pilot and showed me how to do cd's. He went over how everthing worked. Charlie was very thorough and told me to call or come by anytime if I had any questions or concerns. To me, buying a vehicle can be very drawn out and stressful, but Charlie made it very enjoyable and pleasant. I will definately come back when I am ready to buy another vehicle. More
